Finals Game #1 - Marion Center 3, Young Twp 2

Jared Selkirk kept the Renegades' bats quiet, going the distance to help stake his team to a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three finals series.  CJ Stiles drilled an RBI double in the 3rd to give his team a 2-1 lead in the game.  Young Twp rallied in the 7th to score one run and put the tying run on first.  But, Selkirk induced a fly ball to short center field that Stiles secured with a sliding catch to end the game.

Game #2 is set for Sunday at Young Twp (in West Lebanon) at 2pm.

The winner of the series will join regular season champion, Kovacik Insurance (Blairsville) in the Region 7 tournament at Somerset.
