The staff of www.palegionball.com is excited to announce that the site will provide live play-by-play radio coverage of the 2015 Pennslyvania American Legion Baseball Tournament from Owls Field in West Lawn. The tournament will take place between Tuesday, July 28th and Saturday, August 1st.
As in years past, the coverage will be streamed live through www.spreaker.com and will be available via the internet and through both iPhone and Android smartphone apps. You can find the smartphone apps in the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone and computer. Our Spreaker page can be found here: http://www.spreaker.com/user/palegionball
In addition, live inning-by-inning updates will be posted to the site's Twitter account (@palegionball). The Twitter updates can be followed via the internet, through Twitter smartphone apps, or by text message alert. To set up text message alerts, which does not require a smartphone, simply follow our Twitter account and choose to turn on mobile notifications through the settings (gear icon) menu.
The site is actively seeking potential advertisers and sponsors for the coverage. Sponsorships and advertisements will reach a large statewide audience and will allow the site to continue to offer free live coverage for all users in the future. Philadelphia Legion Championship Series Begins

The playoffs in the Philadelphia County Legion League have been pared down to two. Top seed Roxborough will host Loudenslager on Sunday at 4:30 in the tournament's champsionship series. Roxborough knocked off NEO to advance to the championship round. The league's champion will advance to next week's Region 3 Tournament.
